Services

  • How much will it cost?
    Our rates vary based on what hardware and services you would like Zeus ICT Services to provide.  Discounts on our hourly rates are available when on a maintenance agreement.
  • I would like to get a quote, what do I need to do?
    Phone 0448 358 578 or send an email to sales@zeusict.com.au with the details about what you would like us to quote for you.
  • What are your opening hours?
    Our standard support hours are from 8am – 5pm AWST Monday to Friday.  Outside of these hours, requests are billed at the After Hours rate.

Billing

  • What are you billing cycles?
    We are flexible with how often invoices are issued.  It will depend on the type of services that you are purchasing from us.  Adhoc requests are billed after completion of the job whereas maintenance agreement customers are billed on a Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly scheduled based on what has been agreed in the maintenance agreement.
  • When are invoices for hardware purchased due?
    All hardware sales are billed in upfront and the order will be processed upon receipt of payment.
  • Are there minimum charges?
    For client who are on a maintenance agreement, a minimum charge per billing cycle will be set.  This minimum charge will be provided in the proposal.  

    For onsite services, a minimum 1 hour charge is applicable.
